R Version 4.4.0 Windows Patch

There’s an issue with R Version 4.4.0 for Windows that prevents interactive tmap plots from appearing. If you’re running R Version 4.4.0 on Windows follow this video to install the patched version. It should install like a normal R installation, but you should not have to reinstall any packages. This issue should get resolved with version 4.4.1.
